3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze 6%
Blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambics.
A true Geuze - a blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, and aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending. Refermentation in the bottle gives this Geuze its famous champagne-like spritziness. The lambic that goes into it is brewed only with 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, and water, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts, and matured in oak casks.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend 6%
The Golden Blend is made with 4 year old Lambic that accounts for 25 % of it’s contents, the rest of the blend is made up by a "secret" combination of 1, 2 and 3 year old Lambic. The exact mixture is only known by the master-blender Armand himself. The name "Golden Blend" is not far away from the truth, in fact, the 4 years of maturation in oak-wooden barrels is making this particular Lambic very expensive. Due to the "evaporation" through the barrels, only a small percentage of the lambic is left over after 4 years of maturing.

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek 6%
Oude Kriek 3 Fonteinen is produced by ripening of cherries (both the flesh and the seeds) in young Lambic. This process takes between 6 to 8 months. After bottling the beer matures for at least 4 months in a warm room where the spontaneous fermentation in the bottle is done.
The head of Oude Kriek is very sensitive to the concentration of the cherry seeds containing oil and may differ from one year to the other.
On old Cherry 3 Fonteinen, no flavorings, sweeteners, or dyes added which makes this beer very natural and is especially thirst quenching.

3 Ravens Juicy IPA 6%
In the endless pursuit of hoppiness, we've taken some quite extreme measures (and hops) to create a fresh new take on the intentionally hazy Vermont-style IPA. We've done without crystal malt and boil hops, relying instead on Australian-grown triticale (a hybrid of wheat and rye) and rolled oats, heavy whirlpool and dry hop additions – including one very generous (and hilariously rule-breaking) dry hop addition at the start of fermentation.
A cult line-up of Hallertau Blanc, Moutere, El Dorado, Lemon Drop hops deliver intense aromatics of candied lemon, lime zest, guava, white grape and passionfruit. The inimitable English top-cropping yeast lends peach and apricot esters while transforming the early-dry hop addition into what can only be described as “breakfast juice”. With minimal bitterness and a soft palate courtesy of the protein-rich Triticale and Oats, this is best summed up in one word: Juicy.
3 Ravens Little Ravens Tripel 9%
Brewed to celebrate Belgian National Day 2017, this strong Belgian-style Abbey Tripel is inspired by a famous Canadian-brewed example of the style and showcases their distinctive house yeast strain.
3 Ravens The Druid 10%
The Druid is as arcane and eldritch as the name suggests. Dark malt sweetness, banana and bubblegum esters combine with raisin, fig and plum characters from the Pedro Ximenez barrel ageing process, to form an extremely smooth and dangerously easy drinking beer.
