DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Sydney Metropolitan: Free Delivery to the Sydney Metropolitan area for any order over $250 in value. Any orders of less than $250 (or 12 bottles*) will attract a delivery charge of $15.00. Please allow 7-10 business days from dispatch for standard delivery.
*OB Cellar Club Members are entitled to free delivery in the Sydney Metropolitan area for orders of 12 bottles or more.
Delivery by 12pm: If you require your order to be delivered in the Sydney Metropolitan area prior to 12pm the next business day, this service can be arranged. Please call the store on 02 9264 3022 for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We air freight door-to-door anywhere in the world via air freight specialists. All wine is professionally packed in polystyrene boxes or the equivelent. We can ship up to a maximum of 11 cases, and all international orders will be dispatched after payment has been processed.
All shipments must be to a business address and a person over the age of 21 must sign for the wines. Please advise trading hours of the company, name, contact, address and phone number.
Carton rates are based on 12 bottles (750ml) with a total packed weight of 18kg per carton.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Rates are not inclusive of duties/taxes, clearance charges and other government fees which are payable at destination by consignee. Please check the destination country’s import duties and taxes on alcohol with local authorities before placing your order. These charges will be borne by the receiver when the wine arrives at its destination.
- Insurance is available for 3% of the commercial value of the wine & freight, with a minimum charge of $25.00.
- All wine is packed in styrofoam safety containers that start from $25 per carton. These specially designed shippers are made to ensure that the wine is received in pristine condition.
