Straight Venue Hire
Half Day: 9am – 1pm OR 3pm – 8pm $650
Full Day: 9am – 8pm $950
After Hours Extension $160 per hour – or part thereof (8pm – 12am)
The cellar room is a convenient location for a variety of events including boardroom meetings, product launches and media conferences. Capacity is between 10 and 100 guests, depending on the style of event.
Exceptional Wine Tastings
Wine tastings traditionally run from 6.00pm – 8.00pm. Included in each package is: venue hire, presenter, a light cheese and crackers platter, water & glassware. These packages can be tailored to suit your event needs.
Cellar Room Wine Flight $55 per person (minimum 25 people or $1,375 spend)
Includes: A flight of four wines that demonstrate a typical wine style, area or vintage.
The Cellar Room Superior $75 per person (minimum 20 people or $1,500 spend)
Includes: A selection of six reserve & or imported wines. These tastings can be structured as a vertical tasting of a particular wine style or grape variety.
Vineyard Premium $115 per person (minimum 15 people or $1,725 spend)
Includes: Eight icon wines from Australia & overseas. Alternatively, these tastings can include wines of the same grape variety from different areas of the world.
Structured Whisky Tastings
Whisky tastings traditionally run from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
Highland Fling Package $85 per person (minimum 20 people or $1,700 spend)
Includes: six selected whiskies that demonstrate a typical style, area or vintage, a light cheese & crackers platter, venue hire, presenter, water & glassware.
Beer Appreciation Class
Our Beer Appreciation Classes are personally designed according to your wishes. Prices start from $55 per person.
Cocktail Master Class
Our fun & interactive cocktail master classes are great for team building, birthdays or stag & hens parties. All classes are personally designed and cocktails can be created & named according to your wishes. Prices start from $60 per person.
Cocktail Party Tasting Packages
Celebrate in style with a swish cocktail party in the Cellar Room. Our cocktail parties are held in conjunction with one of our preferred caterers. Email events@oakbarrel.com.au for more information.

Host a personally designed dinner for clients, colleagues, friends or family.
