Sounds great but with the recent International judging showing China is now a force in wine production especially with their cabernet, will a wine from there be available?

Acacia barrels are supplied by Tonnellerie Bordelaise through Grapeworks Pty Ltd. The results have been excellent with incredibly lifted aromatics. Best results so far have been on Riesling (dry),Pinot Gris, Viogner, Marsanne, Rousanne etc. They do not have tannins and therefore do not provide structure to the palate. The staves are seasoned for a min of 2 years and lightly toasted.
