New Whiskies For December

New in store from around the world:

Aberlour 16 Year Old Double Wood

The Jim Murray-approved Double Wood from Aberlouris one of the smoothest Speysiders going around, bursting with juicy flavour thanks to its sherry cask treatment.

AnCnoc Cutter

A peated expression from Highland producers AnCnoc, this carries their heaviest peating level to date. Medicinal oily smoke and spices throughout.

Finlaggan Islay Single Malt

A fiery single malt from an unnamed Islay distillery. One of the peat heads who don't mind their Islays young and intense.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Distillery Edition

Cask strength Glenfiddich releases are pretty uncommon at the moment, so this special edition is something of a treat. Floral and spicy like a good Glenfiddich - non-chill filtered, too.

Glenlivet Nadurra Oloroso Cask Strength

Our favourite Glenlivet expression is back after a full sherry cask maturation and at the fantastic 60.7% ABV.

Mackmyra Brukswhisky

Sweden's surprise package of a single malt, light and complex it was once called a "masterpiece".

Redbreast 12 Pot Still

Arguably the defining single pot still Irish whisky of the category, this is back in store after too long of an absence. It's 15-year-old bigger sibling is here as well.

Powers John's Lane

The pride of the Powers whisky range, this is a classic single pot still whisky from the top shelf of Irish collections around the world.

Willett Pot Still Reserve

Really cool bottle, even cooler content. Very smooth for an expression that comes in at 47%.
