Dugges / Stillwater Tropic Thunder Sour Ale 4.5% 330ml - Sweden
Tropic Thunder is a joint effort with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed this sour ale with lactobacillus and let it ferment with plentiful mango, passion fruit and peach. Sweet!   RB   =  94

Mikkeller Wit Fit Witbier 6.2% 355ml - Denmark
An  American wit beer brewed with spices.

Amager / Crooked Stave Chad, King of The Wild Yeasts Sour/Wild Ale 5% 500ml - Denmark
After long years of the beer community discussing hops to exhaustion, yeast is finally getting a glimpse of the spotlight following what seemed to be a lengthy Batman-like existence: outcast, living in the shadows, not getting enough credit for his work. However, the importance of fermentation is no news to Chad from Crooked Stave, a.k.a. the king of Hipsters, who has been fondling with various fermenting agents for longer than most people have been drinking. So it was that on a beautiful – yet excruciatingly hungover – Wednesday Mr Yakobsen came to Amager to bombard us simpletons with his knowledge on all things yeasty, and especially, bretty. Due to stubbornness from our end, we still insisted the brew carried a motherf#&@ of hops, despite intents of a brett forward beer. The answer to what ingredient won the battle lies within this bottle. But in our opinion, we are all winners. RB =  94

Edge Stagger Lee Imperial Stout 10% 330ml - Aus
This 10% imperial stout has somewhat restrained editions of roasted wattleseed and toasted coconut, providing further complexity and complimentary flavours, without overpowering the huge, roasty grain bill. A healthy 90 IBUs of Australian hops keeps the gloopy, rich body in check. This is one big, bad (censored)!

Evil Twin Molotov Lite  Imperial IPA 8.5% 473ml Can - States
Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.  RB  = 94

Kaiju! / Exit Schopsh ! Scotch Ale 6.5% 330ml - Aus
There’s a lot of collaboration around which appear to be marriages of convenience. This is not one of those. This is a collaboration born out of love, admiration, and respect for each other, and of course, malt and hops. Lots of malt, and hops! Ever wondered what happens when you combine the malt blast of an Exit Scotch Ale with a customary hop tornado from Kaiju!? Then wonder no more. Behold SCHOPSH! in all its flavoursome glory. We honour our past and celebrate our future with this bottle.  Allow your tastebuds to be decimated today.
"You’re welcome"
