This tasting is a good occasion to try few little appellations in France that are pretty hard to find here in Australia and are generally a good representation and interpretation of the Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes. We will be presented and focus on wine from the heart of the Loire Valley, Vouvray, Montlouis sur Loire, Pouilly Fumé and Saumur.

During this event we will taste few of the top producers there such as Jackie Blot (picture) Montlouis and Vouvray, Olga Raffaut in Chinon and Chateau du Hureau in Saumur Champigny. There four winemakers are the ambassador of the organic and biodynamic movement in France since a long time, considering as crazy as the beginning, because they tried to do another way of making wines, more in communion with the nature, now everyone learn by them and love what they do and did for their area. Are they popularity grow each year, some bottle are in very limited quantity here in Australia, so it will be a great opportunity to taste this fantastic wines.
